The training aims to introduce Youth MSMEs with the concept of running and growing a business in a sustainable manner. The training methodology encourages participating Youth MSMEs to think outside of the box, prepare their small business for the challenges of the future and build their confidence and they grow their company. The training, envisaged to be implemented over an equivalent of 4 full days of training and consist for 3 modules, covering (i) introducing sustainability in the business model, (ii) business growth, including funding, as well as (iii) marketing and branding. It is supported by an extensive workbook, made available to training participants in hard copy in Arabic.
